Molentargius

Flamingos gather in the shallow ponds of this coastal wetland, where they feed in water edged by white salt banks. The park preserves an old saltworks, with a grid of basins and narrow paths pressed against Cagliari’s urban edge. Their pink bodies stand out against the pale water and salt.
