Saigon Zoo

Rare orchids and ornamental plants grow among enclosures for over a hundred species of mammals, reptiles and birds. The botanical garden was founded in 1864, and the zoo opened to the public in 1869; the grounds also contain a history museum with about 25,000 artifacts and the Temple of Hùng King.
