Dumplings

A Chinese scholar named Shu Xi mentioned dumplings in a fu poem 1,700 years ago. The dish uses cooked dough made from wheat, bread or other flour, or potatoes, wrapped around fillings such as meat, fish, tofu, cheese or vegetables. Dumplings are prepared in several ways across many world cuisines.
